whats the story on this firechicken? CE Firebird-X 177g solid thrower with very small ink 8/10 Blue PDGA Roc very flat with very small faded ink 178g 6/10 Yellow SMRD Roc 176g barely thrown but lots of ink 8/10 all weights were scaled.

It's governed by the National collegiate disc golf union, not the pdga or ncaa.
