Tiger is interesting from a comeback perspective.
Phil is a cheater. I'd never watch him play.
But both were picked for the nostalgia aspect.
The closest we could have would be a match with Climo vs. Schultz or something.
I dont like long backups. Some TD's are better than others at spacing out tee times, and shotgun starts.
Yes, I like practicing putting daily, and i dont miss putts i would normally make or not make. Tourney rolls happen in practice too, we just dont recognize them. Practice making those roll...
I agree with you. I play tournaments, and sometimes they aren't fun. I much prefter a friendly game.
BUT
I was responding to OP who has been rather obstinate on having someone convince him to play competitive golf. And what I said to him was true.
You can practice bad form with a lot of...
Stress. Pressure. Adrenalin.
Tournaments make you perform under pressure. That stress will test your form. Any little hitch in your form will be aggravated under tournament situations.
Finding out what your flaws are during a tournament will help you realize your potential.
You should...
Search the internet for weatherproof padlocks. There's so many to list, I'm sure one would work for you.
Also, maybe a trailer hitch type lock would work for you? They are designed to work in a tough environment - outside, covered in road grime...
I play in Florida, year round, nearly everyday. Yeah its hot.
Hydrate. Drink before you get to the course. Bring a few bottles for the round. Have a cooler with ice and drinks in your vehicle for when you finish the round.
Performance / athletic clothing is the only way to go. Cotton gets...
Dynamic Discs:
Check out their midranges. The best lineup in my opinion. Several different molds that all feel very similar in the hand, which makes it easy to get used to throwing any of their molds: (from US to OS) Evidence, Truth, Emac Truth, Verdict, and the Justice.
Lat 64:
Explorer is a...
OP. You've lost the eye of the tiger.
You like losing?
Then you better start practicing harder, smarter, more often. You need to start working out. Start eating right. Start sleeping 8 hours a night.
Once you win again, the passion will come back.
You're welcome.

Sorry cant translate, but no words are needed. It's sublime.
Just like the Ulibarri video: Hand slightly above elbow, eye on target, set up square, turn, release, and Follow thru! Keep it all moving down the target line.
Now when you say you miss left...are you missing your target line, or is the disc fading too hard?
Also, here's a vid that helped me: JzGm8L7O4qM

Even super flippy catch discs can be thrown far. Grip doesnt really matter as long as its fundamentally correct. Disc spin is more important than disc speed with these types of discs.
So probably throw a standstill or a one step throw, add some hyzer as needed. Give just a little more height...
I would love it if Philo could win one. But I dont think he ever will. He's just too inconsistent with the putter.
Masters I agree. He definitely could win in that division when he gets there.
As a 1000 rated player, you will be playing Open or Advanced most likely, which means you will be playing long pads. Many par 3's at this level will be in the 400+ range. So having 400' of length will give you the best chance at par.
If you're only throwing 300'-350' you'll be facing a lot of...
McBeth definitely made Wysocki elevate his game, after McBeth said that Wysocki always folds under the pressure when the tournament is on the line. Foot-faultin' Ricky soon learned how to putt under pressure and we know the results of that.
However, there is a grain of truth to McBeth losing a...
