This one is a little deceptive. If you throw a hyzer you risk getting into the tees since the basket is past them. I throw a Star Sidewinder to the left and let it drift on an anhyzer to the basket.
I was told an old disc folder to throw out like you would throw a rock to skip it off a pond or lake, just aim higher. It's all in how much wist anal you can get.
Didn't want to put this in the announcement thread. I like the forums and the old app took me straight to the forum page and I could easily filter by the new posts. The latest version of the app just has the forums but no way to filter it. Is there a plan to add that filtering in the future?
One of my local courses and there usually is either a head wind or a right to left cross wind. I throw either a heavier Valkrie in the case of a head wind or a Blizzard Vulcan for a right to left wind.

I am approaching 60 and I have severe back and knee problems and the lighter discs allow me to throw with less strain on my back. The lighter vulcan do flip for me, but it's predictable for me.
I have been searching endlessly for a super light vulcan (130 or 140 class) and I was told the other day that the vulcan was discontinued. Is there any truth to that and if so is there a good alternative I can look for in the weight class?
Definitely not cheating. I take 2 Aleve 1 Tylenol and 1 Tramadol before a round as prescribed by my doctor. I have bad knees, back, AND shoulder and can't make it without all that.
