I saw you're going to play monty dubs. Interested in partnering, I kind of want to go but am on the fence, it's a little under 2 hours from me.

I'm pretty decent although we didn't play together while we were at FBA :|.

We usually play McCurry as par 57 (par 3 short tee on # 2, #'s 5, 7, and 8 playing as par 4). I bet you played hole 2 from the long tee, which would mean you shot par ... which is a very good score at McCurry, especially playing for the first time.

League action: We do random draw doubles on Sundays @ 10am. $5 all-in which covers payout, 2 ctps, and ace fund. Sign in starts 9:30ish (or whenever I or whoever is running it that week feels like taking money lol). We usually get 16-ish showing up. We're also starting singles action on the first Sundays of each month. Right now I believe it is split into two divisions, but in the future I believe it will be handicap based.

It would be fun for you to come up now and then, but it's quite the trek. To make it worth it, you could come do dubs or singles at McCurry, grab lunch somewhere, and then play JP Moseley over in Stockbridge (about 40 minutes away from McCurry). Don't think that would be an every week occurrence though.

I'm pretty fond of McCurry. It's a great course and a great one to learn the sport on. Bombers tend to score well on it, so I bet you loved it . If you liked McCurry, then you'll definitely like JP Moseley as well.

We've got a big Georgia Super Six Series tourney at McCurry on May 12th. You should come up for it.
