Old player returning, need plastic advice

Those discs are all still good and some of the most popular in their respective slots. Other than the Wahoo, your highest speed disc is a 7. Discs go up to speed 14 now. Depending on how far you throw, you could get something higher speed. This is a good resource.

    PDGA Plastic?

No, Big Z is a mix between Z and ESP. Z is the Champion equivalent. ESP is sort of the Star equivalent. Z-FLX is like GStar.

    Driving struggles

Don't know, I'm just a beginner, but I've seen that on both DGCR and r/discgolf. And it feels pretty accurate for myself and others I know personally. How accurate do you think it is for yourself?

    Driving struggles

How far are you throwing? There's a rough equation to figure out what the top speed disc you should use is - take your max distance in feet divided by 35. So if you only throw 300', 300/35=8.57, which means you should only throw a speed 8 or 9 at most. When you throw discs that are too high...

[Discraft] Crafting Low Scores - Everything Discraft!

I've been bagging mostly Discraft mids and Innova drivers. Recently got a Heat, and love that as well as my Buzzz, Comet, Archer, and Zone. Now I'm thinking about trying more Discraft fairways or drivers. I'm a beginner so don't need to go higher than speed 7-9 or 10 at the most. Currently at...

    801.02 Enforcement - Suggestion

I feel like that would be redundant and they've already made it explicit by saying and What else would those things be implying? Even if they're your buddy?

    Understanding stability?

Marshall Street's Flight Guide is useful in understanding stability. If you click on a specific disc, you can see its intended flight. That'll help you learn what those Turn and Fade ratings mean, and also help you see if you're throwing the disc correctly. A new player is likely to have at...

    discgolfcenter.com

I've noticed before (on the old site) that it will look like I'm logged in, but when I go to buy something or look at my reward level that I'm not actually logged in. Try logging out and back in again. Or it could just be working out the kinks like you said.

    Brodie Smith PDGA #128378

...sometimes our opinions are antithetical to growing the sport, sometimes we double down on our opinions 2 days ago on our podcast.... It'd be one thing if Brodie was a complete scrub, but he's not. And he's bringing in new players. As a new player myself, his videos with Paul are excellent...
