    MVP Tri-Lite LED lights

I just call them disc lights, I'm not sure if there's a more official name for them. The generic LED lights are generally marketed for non-DG purposes as "flat LED accent lights" or something like that. If you can find them through a non-DG centric supplier they are generally cheaper. There are...

    MVP Tri-Lite LED lights

Ah, I've only seen the MVP ones for $3-4 each. 10 for $26 isn't so bad. You can get the seven color ones for about $1 each, though.

    MVP Tri-Lite LED lights

I have the no-name 7 color ones, and I find that they are pretty easy to see on the blinking setting. The MVP ones look nice but they are 3-4 times more expensive. And, as you said, I'd be surprised if they didn't suck through those little watch batteries a bit faster.

Review by Lightbringer in course Westminster DGC

2.50 star(s) Weed City Great tee pads and signs. Good Mach baskets. Set in a nice park area with a lake and many nice sports facilities. Very good place to practice pure distance drives without having to worry about obstructions. The holes here are longer than average for those who want to throw some...

Review by Lightbringer in course Phantom Falls

4.50 star(s) The Ultimate Sunday Event The course is around 30 holes of technical, well thought-out shots. There are some very challenging holes through and over trees, and some holes that are set up for just being fun. Some of the shots seem very hard because of all the trees, but if you choose a good line...

    6 pack fitness innovator 300

I really like all of the beer storage, but the only problem I see is that when it's loaded down it's not going to be very comfortable to carry with that shoulder strap. Someone needs to make a DG-centric bag that has a focus on "cold beverage" storage. The only one on the market is the Soldier...

Same Disc from Different Companies ??

I've seen a DGA Cyclone, but I'm not sure what the story behind it is.

    Shoulder injury

Don't mess around with your shoulders, man. David has it right. Your shoulders are actually pretty fragile and any kind of injury to the joint and its surrounding tissues is very easily exacerbated and takes a long time to heal. I too dealt with shoulder issues for years and while I never had...

    Lat 64 shoes

I didn't comment on the likelihood of their being less than $100, just that I would consider buying them if they were. I'd be pretty surprised, too.

How's this for a (not so good) intermediate player's bag?

Based on your suggestions I picked up a couple of Fuses, Diamonds and a Firebird. Man do I love that Firebird so far. I parked it right underneath the basket from the tee on a slight dogleg left shot downhill the other day. Surprisingly it's the disc I can get to go the straightest for the...

    An appropriate Username...again :(

Here's to you, man. I hope everything goes well. Don't count yourself out. I have had issues with my right shoulder as well. I've dislocated it probably over 20 times, mostly snowboarding. I learned how to put it back in pretty quickly but it always hurt. And I know how it gets easier and...

    Lat 64 shoes

If those come in under $100 I'll consider buying them. I've been thinking about getting some disc golf shoes, but I'm hesitant because the shoes I wear during rounds just end up trashed anyway. I've mainly been using some sandals and a pair of Nike running shoes and between walking through...

    Fossa Backpack

I've used my Tana for about 15 rounds over a couple of weeks now and it's holding up fine. At least Fossa is being attentive to your issues. I don't know man, it's always hard to tell with a small new company. I guess that's why people are OK with spending twice as much on the other bags.

What backpack bag should I get?

When you tuck in the front flap for play you can't see the fossa anyway. The Tana is definitely a good bag to get if you don't want to spend a lot of money, but it has a lot more capacity than you were looking for. I have 25 discs in mine right now.
