Thanks for the welcome MrFixIt. I agree 100% with your cautionary wisdom. As with any forum there are folks who are avid in wishing to add their view on what works for them. For that I am grateful. I am also certain to gain greater value in weighing the pros and cons before accepting every offer of what will work for me. I never had a little league coach tell me how to pitch a baseball, but after a few games was more attuned to what proved effective. True, there were always better ways to throw a strike in a given situation. It seems passion does not flow seamlessly into seasoned application and applies to those few who are blessed with innate ability. Yoda said " no try, just do...." though he never played disc golf he did seem to be a good listener.
