Normally glow plastic is more stable, but I've found that the Moonshine plastic Trilogy offers makes the discs less stable than regular.

Hard-chargers in Iowa play in all kinds of "inclement weather," even have a regular Thursday night glow dubs/singles event every Thursday. Coldest we played in this winter was -12 (with the wind-chill). We go hard in the paint.
