Ok, i havent fallen off the face of the earth. Been extremely busy the past month at the hospital. Next 4 months should be much easier. Going to get some film in the next week and work on some drills. I played for the first time in 3 weeks and the time off was needed. Not much difference in...
Been watching a lot of pros throw looking for someone to try and get a reference from. I think I want to try and emulate Brinster’s hop/form. He just has the smoothest, most effortless distance and I love it

Ok ok ok ok I think it’s getting better. Weight feels more involved here. I know it’s nit perfect but please tell me it looks better haha
Ok im going to try that tonight. I get that feeling of leverage off of left leg when i do standstills, but when i try to incorporate any run up it all goes to heck.
This part is going to take some work. Cant quite get the feeling of the positions I need to be in. Going to take the day off tomorrow and just play a round. I can only do so much form work before it just turns frustrating which is what im trying to avoid.

Ok makes sense. Now just to try and incorporate it and make it happen. Happy to see its looking a little better though. I love working on form and its the best disc golf decision ive made, but dang is it frustrating haha

Getting closer i think. Im still landing darkside some and still getting stuck behind some, but that video and picture comparison made so much sense. Im trying to keep my head focused on my target for longer and i could feel a difference. These throws feel much more powerful/faster. Gonna...
That picture explains so much. What do you use to mark those up by the way? Id like to get better at analyzing my own shots. I figured Microsoft Paint would be easy enough
These throws felt a little more powerful. It just feels foreign which I think is a good thing. If it doesnt rain tomorrow, im gonna get some field work in
