Review by osteomark in course Jackson Hole Mountain Resort DGC

2.50 star(s) Plays quickly. Liked the signage using frisbees stating where the next hole was. Poor signage on several holes. Could not find several tee boxes. For those that play early DG before the rec shop opens to give directions, the coarse's 1st Tee box is located next to the gondola chair. Go from the...

New to Syracuse, NY [looking for league info]

Played Williamson in August. I thought I was in the "Feild of Dreams" movie when I went into the tall grass to look for my errant shots on the back 9. I think we lost 2 discs. No joke grass up to your chest and itchy. Front 9 was fine. Would play that 2x if the grass is tall again.

New and need help with RHBH

thanks Sidewinder22. At first I thought I just developed the gout. But no pain with running 5 miles nor pain with walking. Just pain with hyper extending. Thanks for the advice. I find it hard to spin on the right heal like the better players do. So I'll try to keep the right foot perpendicular...

Been Playing for 1 year. Maxing out at 310' with TL3 (8 5 0 2) about 12 over par. Having left big toe pain after Doing 1/2 practice for 5 days in a row. I think its from pushing of in the X step. So I'm going to stop it for a while and do a stand still or 1 step forward. Anyone ever have foot...

TC3 Panther in Dryden, just south of Cortland, or Highlands in Auburn are great if you live between Syracuse and Ithaca. I live in Oswego and there is nothing within 35 min. Uggh. Syracuse and Rochester folk have it made. No complaining allowed from dem folks.

playing 18 holes with only 2 discs.

I agree with the backhand and forehand. The T-Bird3 was very good with forehand. #4 at Clay has a nearly 90* entrance about 110 ft down a tight fairway. Entered to the right perfectly and easy par.

playing 18 holes with only 2 discs.

Yeah, Clay is great. Lots of wooded holes and some wide open ones with wind. Can't wait until I play their 2nd 18 that is in place. Still bushy yet. At Clay they maintain very well. I practiced some shots I never use such as rollers and Tomahawk with the Roc and did not do too horribly. I...

playing 18 holes with only 2 discs.

I recently wanted to see if you truly need 7 or more discs that I usually carry. I was floored as I shattered my record low at Clay Park in Clay, NY. My best was +12 and I shot a +8 with only a Roc and T-bird3. I putted great with the Roc. Anyone else figuring that we use to many discs in a round?
