That's a Millennium plastic OLS (MOLS). Basically Millennium's version of Innova Pro, not worth much. The QOLS only came in one run and were all "bar stamped" (that I'm aware of) and SOLS have multiple runs with some wonky variants in them (S.OS). pd

Personally, I'd consider glyphosate nicer than 2,4-d, especially for the applicator when taking required PPE into consideration (glyphosate doesn't even require gloves...). I'd go glyphosate and spot spray just the nettles with a back pack, this would limit non-target impacts over going through...

I had a champ viking in the bag for over a year & now carry a SOLF & QOLS, tossing in a QOLF here & there. Overall, I'd compare the viking more to the QOLS than QOLF - the QOLF is noticeably more stable, especially since some QOLFs can be beef, and does better in the wind. The Viking also...

It's skewing more PD/TB likely because more people throw either or both of them. I personally go with the OLF, QOLS, Eagle combo. I have had PDs & Avengers rotated in the OLF category, but always come back to them. My setup: 1 - newish SOLF 1 - QOLS 1 - beat DX Eagle-x 1 - worn DX Eagle-x 1...

I understand they are run by different entities, but if they can get their stuff together for lake access permits with more entities (Dane Co., City of Madison, City of Monona), more permit-required locations, and a much larger audience and revenue base, these few parks shouldn't be a problem...

I'm fine with it as long as they're all under one permit & the money goes back into the courses. If only Madison / Dane County can get them under one permit here... pd
