Thanks Sidewinder, lots of good advice there. I went out in the rain today and tried to work on closing my stance and working on my run-up. It's a big change but I was encouraged with the results so far. I'll keep at it. JGoNgeF9kl0

Watching the video again I really see what your saying about nose angle. I'll try to work on that this week. Thaks for the advice.

I finally took some video of myself and was amazed at how bad it looked so I'm here for help. When I throw it feels like I'm doing things correct but obviously not. A few thing's I see wrong: 1. I'm rotating on the ball's of my feet instead of the heel. 2. My stance is more open then it should...
