Well, yea if you win an advanced tourney; especially any C tier at your local course, or if you have a 996 rating, Whiz.
Seriously though, this is an A tier event with some of the best AM players around.
Currently, many of the top players failed to break 950 ratings for the middle two rounds...

I respectfully disagree with you.
First of all, the winner of this tournament, along with probably the top 10-20 players should be playing pro, so I don't think you should condone them playing advanced to win a lot of merchandise to which they don't need.
The second and bigger reason...
The Nuke OS is a little more stable than Innova's Ape.
I throw pretty hard, and the Ape has a slight "S" curve, but the Nuke OS holds its line pretty well.
I would almost compare this in stability to Innova's Star Max, but the OS is much faster.
