hi crusader. thanks for the message. i don't get on DGCR often anymore. just found this today. i an pretty solid with nouns/adj etc. on the cusp of starting verbs now( when i have time to devote to it) i sit in church with an online version of the bible open that has the greek with english...
be real thoughtful about your grip too. after i was playing for awhile, i noticed marked improvement after i started thinking about how i was holding the disc. do some online research about different grips. some grest sight out there with pictorials showing different grips. i just saw a video...
this sport will grow if every DGer invites his/her friends/family/coworkers to play a round with them. take them along a few times. show them the ropes. if they like it, they'll start playing.

relatively new to disc dyeing... loving it
star firebird disc
i use rit+alcohol, painted on
my first dye
champion spider
black rit/rubbing alcohol mix (2:1)
painted on, let sit 5 minutes, rinsed
thought was too light
reapplied let dry, reapplied again
let sit total 20 minutes more
rinsed
i doubt the extra time helped the darkness of the dye but anyway...
