    We probably could have squeezed in a round Sun morning, but had we done so, we're playing a destination course like Idlewild or Licoln Ridge in gusting winds and wet conditions on rolling terrain... one thing if you're familiar with the course, but when you're travelling, you want to enjoy everything about courses like those rather than feel your round was compromised in some way, and chasing wind blown discs into wet brush. Plus, I think we'd have run into some serious weather on the way back had we left the area in the afternoon - not the kind of adventure I'm looking for. Mt Airy genuinely exceeded my expectations and the drive back was uneventful, so I can't complain.
