Round notes:1st round of 2nd pre-tourney visit with Drew (+9). WAY, WAY too many 2-putts (5 in first 9 holes). Round was so-so...showing me where I need to improve my game (consistency, lines and follow through (and putting)).

Round notes:Extra, 1-disc (Stingray) round, just because. Nice concrete tee pads have been added. Edged Drew (-2) by one. I was pleasantly surprise that I still had something left in the joints to throw this well! Think I was too tired to record 2-putts, unlikely I made them all, but then...

Round notes:3rd round today, just keep throwing to keep warm! Drew found his groove (+3) and I was running on fumes...power outages and askew lines...not many "notes" on card, I was slowing down...First snow of season fell on hole 12.

Round notes:2nd round today in prep for tourney. Edged Drew (+9) again but he is just getting it dialed in. This is my best score here...

Round notes:First of 5 pre-tourney rounds...cold and windy but excitement prevailed. With Drew (+13) on his first round here. Best front 9 (+1) for 1st two rounds.

Round notes:Final round of "1-disc" DG. Wind picked up a bit. I chose Discmania TD because I can throw it forehand and have recently discovered I throw it pretty well backhand too. With Drew (-9?), Carl (-5)...Carl and I played a 7-hole playoff, including some "Safari" holes and I edged him by one. Fun! Got to "know" other attributes (or failings) of three different discs by relying on them for all throws. A putter would have been nice a few times! Bogey-free! (may be a first...at VV)

Round notes:2nd "1-disc" round with Drew (E) and Carl (-5). Chose the Vibram (vEEbram!) Ibex and did fine with hyzer upshots, but could not turn it. Tried a sidearm once...terrible!

Round notes:First of 3 "1-disc" rounds with Drew (-10) and Carl (-3). I chose Champ Stingray (Capt. America!) because I can turn it over well and throw hyzers too. Liked the choice after teeing off on #1...got 1st ACE today! Nice that it happened with my most expensive (and treasured for other reasons) disc. Didn't get a bogey-free round (yet), but it was fun. VV is such an exciting course, almost every throw has the potential for chains!

Round notes:"Business Round" with Dave K. (and dog Ivy). Things were flowing! Felt the connection! Birdie train for 5 holes #11 - new 8, and some nice long putts. Where was this accuracy and distance yesterday?

Round notes:Round 2 with Dan (+ 17). We were close most of the round, but I had trouble on back 9, albeit different trouble than on round 1, but it all ends up costing throws. Three 6s! (that's 3 too many). Deuce on 4 felt great!
