This saturday, I gotta play in the Saturday morning league at Fairfield since I missed last week for the wedding. I would be interested in an afternoon round at the Grey Fox.

Next weekend is wide open for me. I would really like to make it down to Lemon Lake Nov 13th if you are interested.
It's all up to Martin at this point, I am not even going to bother trying to get anyone together. I'll let Martin and Archetype/Noill/etc. figure it out, and just show up.

I guess Martin isn't his real name, do you think that Martin Dewgarita = Mountain Dew 'Garita, as in Mountain Dew Margarita? I am going to ask him about that...
Ahhh... the real world rears its ugly head, heh heh. I hear ya. I feel bad for Martin; it sounds like he just wants to meet people, and the disc is an afterthought. For me, the people are cool and all, but it is all about the discing.
I finally played Eagle Ridge & Jericho Lake. Had a lot of fun down there! I think Eagle Ridge was a slightly better course, but Jericho was kind enough to give me 6 or 7 birdies!
Oakbrook on Saturday??? Whaaa??? I'm going to be hosting that Martin dewgarita dude the whole weekend, lemon lake on Saturday!!! Be there/ride with me!
Yeah, nevermind. Lindsay says we have to go to her uncle's on Sunday. Wah wah wah...

Some other time, no doubt. She suggested Lemon Lake on Saturday; I do want to play the White and Gold again.
Call me crazy, man... I am seriously thinking of going back up Wisconsin way, to show Winter Park to Lindsay and maybe hook up with TallPaul or something. I am officially too obsessed.
    Still waiting to hear back...

Will you really have enough room in the Jeep for 4 people with tons of blankets and crap?
Still thinking about Commons? Hit me up! Probably won't be able to get there around 6:30ish or so...
She's up!... linked anyway.. in the Ill members thread... rock & roll ya baby!
:hfive: I know, that's why it's so frustrating not to be able to post it. :(

If you can figure out a way to get it up tonight, go fer it. I'm all teched out for tonight. :(
Dude, vimeo is being lame today. :(

Usually post on vimeo cuz they don't strip the music out (I added some time-appropriate tunes to the clip). Might have to go back tonight and re-edit sans music, which suxxors hard, found the perfect tune to fit the vid. :(
Send me your email address in a pm and phone number. We can stay in touch regarding this weekend. Perhaps you will have time to stop in/stretch your legs; in the fox cities on the way up to Winter. A mini glow tourney has also been set up for $5 a head at Rolling Ridge; a private course in Brillion; which is not that far from Winter, on Saturday night. There will be at least a couple of hand fulls of fun guys and good players at that. Tim Kopac may be interested in playing there too; he's been wanting to play the Ridge. Trouble is; you would want to see it in the day time first; and it takes 2-3 hours to play. I've never been in a group that played it in less than 3. Never enough time....
Oh man... it was intense. That is, by far, my favorite destination as of right now. Everything was very, very hilly out there, having a non-sloped green was a freaking gift. Huge, huge hazards with deep ravines (in the fairway), multi-shot creek holes, ridiculous paths cut out in the deep forest, just pure insanity.

Then there was West Lake.... I took a double circle 10 on one of the holes and was pretty pleased with it, considering. I really can't describe how crazy that course was in terms of water hazards, and even the holes without water were pretty nuts. The pictures do OK justice, but you really can't appreciate the risk/reward on every single freaking shot.

My order of insanity is West Park, Camden II (short basket placements ), Middle Park, Eagle Point (Clinton IA), Camden I, Prospect.

I mean it though, man. Cincinnati was nice, St. Louis was really good, but overall the QCA is where it's at.
I can't, I passed out after dinner last night and slept straight through until work this morning. I'll clean it up tonight and post tomorrow at work-sies. :)
Nah, nah, just kidding. But it would be funny if you were like, eh, I'm this close to the basket, why bother?

I'd be down for some Highland action, but I gotta pack and will probably be hitting the road soon after that. Plus, by the time I got down there, it'd be pitch black anyway. It takes me an hour to get home, going to Joliet would be a nightmare. Hell, I barely have enough time to play a course up here. Thanks for the invite though.

    Until glow next week... ;)
