Meadows would be hardcore man, I am definitely up for that. No more wide open gimmees, more trees, oh man. And, on the plus side, I will actually know where the baskets are.

It looks like I am going to be playing a round or two up here first... could be tough for me to make it down there by 7:00... can we do 7:30ish or so? If not, I can just meet up with you guys on the course like last time. Wow, I am really stoked! :hfive:

Do you even have to ask??? I might get a round or two in with my buddies up north, since they only play like once a week... but I think I can do both. It worked last time at least. :thmbup:

I am pretty sure my group was DFL. Twas a windy one, and my forehand Teebird couldn't take it. Seeing how I use more forehand than anything on that particular course, I was done for. I put a Starfire in my bag for the next time, that thing will fight the wind like no other.

I'm not sure if they are doing it on Thursday this week; I think the one dude said October 2nd (this Saturday) is the first Saturday. I might head up there again, if it doesn't interfere with our Illinois Members stuff, if only to try and show some strangers that I'm really not that bad. :gross:

But, chances are good I will hit up some new courses or something. Paying $7.00 to play badly with random strangers at my home course is kind of silly.

Flip Trip CONFIRMED...... Bill just sent me an email telling me all I/We gotta do is "check in" with him. And then set up camp! He seems like a pretty friendly fella! I told him there would be four people in one car and we will probably be arriving at Flip in the later hours on Friday (10-11pm). He gave us the, "Come on up"!! PAR-TAY!!!

Go for it WCG... I'd like to hit the road ASAP after you're done with work... I usually make pretty good time given traffic is reasonable. I posted that thread re: camping at Flip for everyone to look at. Looks like we need to drop a tenner for camping (to cover two nights) and a fin per day of DG. So about $20 should do it..

Whereever... not sure where all of you live... but if we do go for a meet-up in Centralia then I'd say car pool for real.
