Well I would call that whole first run of bags....defective. If it hurts your back to wear (like literally causes a stabbing pain) and the main compartment continues to come apart, then yeah....it's defective. I filled out a Warranty Procedure Form and the dudes at millennium accepted my request.

Two issues.... The bottom panel of the top pocket is falling through under the weight of a simple poweraid. Irritating but I guess I just won't carry heavy items there. Now I have another issue with the design. The plastic panel in the bottom of the bag (that is velcroed in) pokes me in the...
