Here's to hoping you stay healthy and strong this year. And to all of those who've struggled with physical limitations in life, and disc golf. Let's have a great 2017.

2016:
Learned to control my mental game in tournaments far better than the previous season.
Almost reached my goal of a 930 rating (928).
4 more aces.

2017:
Continue the trends from the last half of 2016 - starting with Fox Valley Open in early July, I had 0 rounds under 900, only 4 of 13 were under 930, and 4 of the 13 were over 950.
End the year at 945+
Moar aces!

2016
Survived and recovered from another surgery.
*Expanded Stoney Hill to 32 holes.
*Grew team play tournament to the point of filling early.
Contributed a little bit to the American Disc Golf Tour discussion.
(* - or at least did my half, along with my brother)

2017
Get healthy enough to play tournaments
Build a few more holes at Stoney Hill, so we can sort out the two overlapping layouts.

2016
Returned to disc golf after about 3 years of minimal play
1 MA1 win, and 1st ever MPO cash (it was a c-tier, but still)
6/7 tournaments in cash or prizes
shot my worst rated round ever, on the lead card of my hometown tournament (it's not a good achievement)
fell 4 points short of my goal of 950, but ended season with highest rating since 2010
Moved to WI

2017
Play at least 10 tournaments, and at least 3 of those in Open
Cash/Prize out in 75% of tournaments I play
Increase consistency, play within my limits, and get to 960 rating
Shoot no rounds under 900
Play in at least 2 weekly leagues in the area consistently

2016
Sucked less (especially at putting)

2017
Suck even lesser (especially at driving)

2016
Won a couple of tournaments in Pro Grandmasters, came in 6th playing with the younger whippersnappers (Amateur Masters) at Ledgestone, and grabbed a couple of gold medals in the Senior Olympics in Ohio and Kentucky,
Threw nine aces this year (two for $),
Wrote 40 more reviews here on DGCR,
Passed the 40,000 hole mark in my scorebook, and
Helped my buddies Troy Ison & Ben Culshaw with fundraising and course improvements at our local Williamsburg (OH) course, and managed to upgrade the remaining 35 year old baskets to matching DisCatchers!

2017
Finish major upgrades at Williamsburg including dual options for each hole, new signage, and fundraising for a practice basket,
Do well enough at tournaments and miscellaneous events this year to "break even" between entry fees and winnings for the year,
Lose weight, so I can
Raise my rating at least 20 points,
Oh, and become a grandfather in June!

Last Year
- Installed 20 baskets at local park for the county's first course
- Played in a dozen sanctioned events
- Picked up local sponsorship
- Improved putting inside the circle
- Finished top five in tags, doubles, leisure league, and putt league.

This Year
- Install concrete tee pads for local course on short layout
- Improve rating 10 points or more
- Keep local sponsorship and be an ambassador for the sport
- Practice putting five days a week (or more)
- Improve backhand and thumber shots
- Earn enough cash in tournament play to get a Grip bag
- Reach 100 courses played

That's my baseball goal every year! I did not match your 2016 feat (although mine didn't go out as often as it did in 2015 and it went right back in every time ). Baby steps.
