Awesome coverage, awesome tournament. Would be interesting to understand why turnout was so much lower this year.

I am guessing but, based on things I heard, I think it was partly because it was two weeks later in the year, partly because that bumped it against a week and the anomaly of the early Thanksgiving, and then partly because the 3-day event discouraged some locals. Some out-of-towners who usually travel to Texas were caught up in the "It's just one week before Thanksgiving" thing.

So it was the perfect storm of a storm.
