Another year, another Mid America Open!

Columbia, MO
Albert Oakland and Indian Hills courses
Prices can be found on the flyer here
As always, women pay 1/2 entry fee but get full payouts!

Open divisions will play Indian Hills 2x, as well at both Oakland courses once

Advanced divisions will play Oakland Back 2x, and one round on Oakland top and Indian Hills.

Intermediate/Novice will play Oakland top 2x, and one round at Indian Hills and Oakland back.

New Belgium is sponsoring the players party on Saturday night, 2 kegs as well as a nice dinner of BBQ Pulled Pork! Always guaranteed a fun time at this party!

bump

this is a fantastic tournament! If you live in the midwest, this is the place to be on the July 9-10 weekend!

And for those that don't know Indian Hills - beware! It is a heavily wooded beast (and a great course).

when's Garverland going back on the schedule Brandon?

Good question, but one that I don't know the answer to. There are a few limiting factors with garverland that make it tough to use for big tournaments, parking being the main one. The course layout also crosses back over itself (worse than oakland even) which would make it difficult to use as well.

just a few days left! if you're looking for a great tournament to play in this weekend, don't pass this one up!

Saw George Smith out at Oakland back today getting ready for the tourney ... and got worked over by Indian Hills yesterday. That course is brutal.

The first two rounds seemed to go really smoothly today - it was alot of fun. Very well run, lots of nice folks, side games, plenty of water (for the most part), and some good competition.
