Crosswinds are tricky. It can be a challenge getting the disc in the ideal position to maintain control. I'll throw L2R like a headwind and R2L like a tailwind, but if the L2R is coming from my 7-8:00 or R2L is coming from my 1-2:00, I reverse it.
