Based on the information available.

9/16 * 2/16 = 0.0703125 = 7.03125%.

But if we know how many pink discs are Innova (call it P(i)) it's actually 9/16 * P(i)/9. Which comes out to 0%, 6.2%, or 12.4%

Edit: Actually it's easier than that if you know how many pink Innova discs there are. It's just P(i)/16. So 0%, 6.25% or 12.5%.
