Per course guide I met on the course today:
-Course now a 9 tee x 7 basket course due to construction several years ago. Baskets 7 thru 9 were lost.
-A basket is used for 5 and 6.
-A basket is used for 1 and 9. The other 5 baskets are single.
-#8 basket looks new and is a mismatch. A single chain practice basket.
-Tee's are mixed, and course alignment is as follows:
-Tee 1 from parking lot walk past the school building on left side. When you past the first wing, to the right is a bike rack. Tee from bike rack. Basket is right corner of tennis court.
-Tee 2 walk back towards parking lot. The stop sign before you enter parking at sidewalk is your tee, basket located alongside of sidewalk behind spruce tree.
-Tee 3 has a tee sign to the left of basket 2.
-Tee 4 to the left of basket 3 in clump of trees. To the left of tee is a storm grate. You should be angle toward the running track, hole plays as dogleg right. Basket at far end of tennis court.
-Tee 5 has a tee sign located along side of tennis court posted on fence. Walk past basket 4 and look to your right about 50 feet down fence.
-Tee 6 is located to the left of basket 5 down hill toward running track next to fire hydrant. You'll be using basket 5 as basket 6 back up hill.
-Tee 7 long is located under the same oak as basket 5/6. Fairway is downhill throwing behind baseball backstop. Short tee has a sign on property fence, it will say tee 6, but now plays as tee 7. Basket under clump of trees.
-Tee 8 long is under clump of trees with basket 7. Short tee is located behind player bench along fence. Basket is back towards school. Ignore tee 7 sign on backstop fence, that fairway and basket no longer exist.
-Tee 9 is posted on school building to the right of basket 8. Basket 9 is the same basket as 1.
With the new basket 8, and someone realigning for a 9 tee x 7 basket course. Perhaps 2 more baskets are in the works? And maybe a course better marked?
