CFR Champion Birdies - show them to me!

I'm interested to get an idea of how many different runs there were of the CFR Champion Birdies. Pictures or I won't believe you, here's the list of stamps that I have found thus far:

I had a red one from that 2011 time range that I think had a Brown Deer Open Stamp on it (99% sure). Might not help a lot cuz I only had it for a few months before I sold it. I just looked thru all my old posts here and I sold it around 2011 and I dont have the Pic
