Custom Ergo 2 question

So i know you can get custom colors on the Ergo 2 but what else can be added? I a review by DJ Jolly where he was had them add some D rings and some other things. What all can you add to a custom Ergo 2?

I had John add a D ring, a key clip, and some internal pockets to organize the storage. He also sewed on the patches I sent him.
