Instead of disposables, you should look into BumGenius. Most people balk at the initial price (around $400 for 20 diapers and accessories), but in the long run (especially if you have multiple kids) they are much, much cheaper than disposable diapers, they aren't difficult/gross to clean, you control the chemicals to which your baby is exposed, and they're WAY better for the environment.
