Does anyone know if there is a difference between the two because I can't find any.

The XS is faster and more of an S turn disc, where the XL is slower, straighter, and glides more.

You beat me to it again discspeed. That's pretty much what I would've said. I've got two beat Z XS's in my bag that I use for rollers, thumbers, get out of trouble shots, etc. and I also have two XL's. The newer XL will maintain it's anhyzer path longer than my beat XS's.

back in the day I used to throw a Z XL and a Z XS... my XS was more over stable than my XL (meaning harder to turn).

In theory the XS is supposed to be similar to a Valk.
