Embedded Disc in Mudbank

My wife and I were playing a course with some frozen ponds. One hold had a throw over the "water". My wife's drive didn't make it all the way across but slid into the opposite bank, where it was embedded about 1/2" into the bank. Give that the disc wasn't completely surrounded by water, I presume that the disc wasn't OB and she got a 1 m relief?

Yes, correct way to play it. That's assuming the OB line is normally the water edge and not a line of stakes around the pond.
