It's based on the "Relative Stability Scale" which is a composite flight rating system. The values are generated based on the flight ratings from all manufacturers, retailers, independent reviewers, etc. This gives you a smoother line and helps to minimize/eliminate manufacturer bias as well as independent testing flaws. It contains a lot more discs and a lot more info instead of just the Innova numbers.
