I feel like I have good form based on what I see from pros. I have watched thousands of videos and changed my form a lot and I feel at this point it looks good but I can only throw around 300 feet. Not sure why maybe I'm looking at things wrong. Please help. I am not sure how to get a video of my form from my photos on this thread I need help with that
