Hi all. I recently just got back into disc golf and am using it as a journey of self improvement. I'm am currently stuck throwing about 270-280 max and finally was able to get some video of me throwing. Any and all advice would be great as honestly, I don't even really know where to start.

 

Timestamped from ~1:10 to maybe around 4:00 to start for you:

 
1. Turn your front foot back about 90 degrees perpendicular to trajectory. Note your front foot angle is flared wide open parallel to and pointed at trajectory.

2. Turn rest of body further back, so your arm is wide away from chest. Note how your arm is hugging your chest.
