It depends on plastic type, weight, and how beat it is... I throw a blizzard boss at 150 that is slightly understable, a new champ boss that is pretty overstable, and a beat star bossthat is just stable

On long courses, I like use a well worn in DX Destroyer or DX XCaliber ( Japan Open I think, has glitter archer stamp) for windy days. If I need to go understable, I will use a ESP or Z Avenger SS or for fun I'll throw a Wahoo.
