Lunch will be provided for all players during the days they compete. It will be located at tournament central. More details to follow.

Final player packs will be announced September 1st.
Will include event T-shirt and many other goodies.
Payouts
Pros: 100% cash payout within each division + $8,000 added cash to overall Pro purse
Ams: Gift certificates & Merchandise
Payouts will be based on current PDGA recommendations
Sponsorships & Vendors
$100/hole. Pick your starting hole & put up a sign that will remain for 2 weeks time following the event. Have your logo or ad placed in our caddy book and video production. BRDGC average 210 rounds/week Mix of local and resort guests. Please contact TD for signage guidelines.

Vendors -
There are 40 spots for vendors at the event with the ability to set up Thursday Night at the Village Fair, Friday night at the Fiddlehead event, and Saturday afternoon for the large festival. Projected attendance of 500 people at festival.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Per PDGA Competition Manual:
No refunds will be issued 0-6 days prior to the event, but the player shall be sent a players package if one was provided to event competitors.
Withdrawals made 7-13 days prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund.
Withdrawals made 14 days or more prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100%.
