Hemp can be stronger than steel. It's an easy to grow, soil friendly renewable crop. All

current baskets use metal and plastics. Could we have Hemp discatchers soon? I hope so.

The DGA Mach 2, 5, 7 and X baskets are 100% galvanized, as well as the Innova

DISCatcher Pro 28, the MVP black hole Portal and the Lightning DB-5. Probably other

basket makers as well. Other Permanent Championship baskets do not have

total galvanization, they rely on zinc or powder coating and hope it lasts.

Hopefully someone will start building baskets with eco-renewable Hemp.

I have see hemp used in Concrete made in Washington and Colorado from the same company sold at Menards in the 2010's. I bet we could get Tee Pads made of the Material.

Bamboo I am also surprised nobody has made a basket using the material for a PDGA approved Production basket, not the other all bamboo style without a cage. The chains would have to be Metal I think but the rest could be resin covered bamboo.

But if its bamboo and metal, not hemp, how am I supposed to smoke the chains?
