Hole 17, 187 feet. Crown College, St. Bonifacius, MN.

Great course. Worth the travel, even though it's out of the way.

HCP DGC in Loomis, CA has 3 holes under 100': Hole 1: 75', Hole 3: 65', Hole 5: 77'. I know this is a beginner course and there are others like it, but these are the shortest I know of.
On the other hand, there is one hole at Pinto Lake DGC in Watsonville, CA that is 1288' and is completely flat; not a top of the world or anything - Hole 11:

I'm embarrassed to report this was my first ace. Yep, 50 feet. Alexandria, KY. Course is pulled for a redesign, so don't y'all bother coming for the challenge of the century:
