how do you keep your disc low nad not high in the air

on your backswing, think of the disc as a stick of "right guard" being shoved in your arm pit. then throw a "line drive." the disc will create its own lift.
 
it sounds like you are getting the nose up. focus on low line drives and getting the front edge of the disc level or slightly lower than the back.
