Innova Discatcher Sport, uneven ground solutions? Maybe an adjustable tripod as base?

Very interested in the Innova Discatcher Sport but the round base is only usable on flat ground.

I'm sure I'm not the first to think of this but why not use an adjustable tripod instead of the round base? Has this been done before?

If anyone knows of compatible tripods please submit a link.

Found a diy tripod but I don't know how to weld. Likely cheaper too.

Lastly, why hasn't Innova addressed this uneven ground problem? Amazon questions for a lot of the portable baskets ask if it can be used on uneven ground. Is this something they're working on?

We just prop one side up with a stick when used as a temp.
If it's wobbly, we then might knock down a tent stake also.

Yes we just use a stick or 2 to adjust for uneven ground. Pretty easy.

Change your putting stance…

Rocks, 2x4s, sticks, your buddy's favorite disc all work well.

almost all portables including my bullseye have round bases, I don't worry if it's a little tilted, otherwise the stick thing works fine. You would have the same issue with a tripod unless all three spots were level, chances are if it's level enough in three spots its level enough all around.
