A little under a year ago I started playing and could barely throw backhand past 100 feet. Now I am pushing my drives 330-360 and 360 is very rare but it happens some. This is my improvement over the last year. I know I have room to improve so help me out please :D

Sorry for so many videos, just thought it would be cool showing progress over the last 10 months. Hoping for much more progress! Critique me please!

Dramatic difference between Month 1 and 7. Good works so far. You look flat footed. It is really hard to get good hip rotation with your leading foot when your weight is still on your heel. Try and work on staying on the balls of your feet, knees bent so your in a more athletic position.

Props man! You're definitely getting into shape too.

So as bio mentioned - you have to get up on your toes and transfer that weight in a more explosive manner. Right now you're missing the smooth explosiveness that is the acceleration of the disc. Below is a guy I've played with a few rounds, who's also a big dude.

See how he keeps is eyes forward through the runup, then load that spring up in the reach back, dip the head back and then uncoils... he hit about 550' on that drive. Big guys can use that momentum in a huge way. Work on trying to get the whole thing quiet, zero herky jerky movement... smooth from start to end of the follow through.

Keep after it, you really are making progress.

Yeah, definitely on the right track and still a bit flatfooted like mentioned above. You also aren't quite getting the elbow forward of the shoulder(hugging yourself a bit/rounding) so you can get good extension/whip of the arm/disc.

Yeah, your head is buried into the shoulder. Get your head out of the way of your shoulder turn so you are more upright in posture. Widen the backswing up.

So posture up starting with my head but still keep my shoulders over my toes correct? I feel like widening up my back swing is gonna throw some timing off because it wont feel natural because there is no muscle memory haha
