So the way a Dave envisioned a V ROC to come out, the flight he wanted. The actual V ROC is too neutral to the middle of chart.

Dave has said his previous attempts at a Disc that is an easier to use ROC were all off. The Lion was the way Dave wanted the modern standard ROC to fly.

Anyone try out the KC Pro & Halo Star Lions? they've been out for a little while but haven't seen any being thrown yet.

Pretty sure the Lion is just the VRoc3 (which never got PDGA approved back when the European Open ones got released).
