Sounds familiar, no longer current though, a one rating wonder.

Someone with TD privileges could look him up for us. He played 3 events and won 2. I believe his rating was in the upper 1030's.

I've since left upstate SC but you used to be able to catch glimpses of him off in the distance across the courses in the area. Then he'd disappear. He was kinda like Bigfoot that way.
