My backhand form

Holy jungle donkey, wait a minute...that's your username. For the love of yourself, slow down man! That means work a standstill and throw putters. Your feet are flat, at least try to keep your rear heel off the ground. You are trying to shift your weight from in front of you and opening your hips way early before you plant and causing all kinds of other issues. Need to keep your weight centered dynamically so your weight transfers from behind you, with your right butt cheek practically facing the target at the plant. Your max reach back happens way early, try to pivot into the backswing as the front foot moves forward to plant.
