Need critique for a beginner

Not using your weight shift, legs, hips, core, shoulders to power the disc. Really should focus on Plant Pivot front foot, Shift weight to heel, Rotate on heel while powering legs and hip turn then shoulders and finally elbow leads the wrist snap to eject. Lots to remember but it all starts from the ground up, power starts with the weight shift and moves up like a whip out to the disc.
 
Yeah, your hips are spinning out instead of shifting forward.
