Need Help

You're turning too backwards in the X-step...your left foot is turned 180 from the target. This makes it impossible to load into your rear hip, your femur/hip will be neutral in the pelvis unless you turn way way way back from the target. Instead have your rear foot like 120-130ish from target, and load into that rear hip deeper during the X-step.

Your stride is very long and because your rear foot is backwards you are pushing off its heel, and the rear leg/knee is 100% straight. You can't drive off the rear instep at all. And the front leg is way out front so you're trying to get over to it rather than dropping onto a closed front leg.

While your reachback and left arm height are somewhat unconventional, it seems like you get the throw on plane and likely are getting really good leverage on the disc.

I think you are trying to shift in front/overtop rather than transfer the spine to the front leg/brace, but I would first work on the rear foot angle, loading into the rear hip, driving off the rear instep, and having a shorter plant length. Then it'll be easier to see what you're wanting the hips to do.

Agree with SP, looks like the rodeo came to town with that horsestance and super high reachback. You are leaning heavily targetward because your rear foot is turned 180 backward which also causes your high reachback as your spine tips over targetward instead of leading your stride with your hips/butt.
