I'll be there in a month.

I swear to bejeezus, if you don't hit me up for a round I will be severely bitter.

That's beautiful. Did you get wet?

No, but 5 holes later, it went from completely calm to 40-50mpg winds. We called it 2 holes later, and had an amazing lightning/rain storm over the mountains on the ride home. Nice call!.....

I dueced that hole, and stole a nice tag on the round...

Solar Eclipse Party

Here's some pics from our solar eclipse party out at one of our secret courses here in Humboldt County.

I watched the solar eclipse drinking craft beer, cooking out, and listening to a perfectly timed "Dark Side Of The Moon", while the eclipsed sun set over the mountains.

You sir, are the winner.

First try posting pics... Not very internetty/computery, despite my post count.

Me at Idlewild on my move out west.

edit: Ok, it mostly worked. How do I get it full size?

Type some text, attach the image and then "preview" your post before you submit it. In the "preview" section, click the the thumbnail of the attached image to view it. Now use whatever right-click option your browser offers to copy the image's URL. In Chrome, the option is "Copy Image URL." In Firefox it's "Copy Image Location." In IE, it's a little trickier, but if you right-click the image and choose "Properties," you will get a popup window that shows details about the image. In the "Address: (URL) field, you will see the path to the image. Use your mouse to highlight the whole path, from the "http://.." through the file extension. Sometimes the path is too long to be displayed all at once, but if you click and drag you can get the whole thing.

Once you have the URL of your attached image copied to your computer's clipboard, click the little icon in the message menu that looks like a green mountain with a yellow sky. That's the "Insert Image" button. Now paste the URL in your clipboard into the "Insert Image" popup window and press enter.

You should now see something like "http://www.mydgimages.me/theholeon8.jpg" bookended by a couple of "IMG" tags in your post. You can click the Preview button again to make sure you did it right.

Does that help?

Those are taken from this site, I was too lazy to go look through my own pictures.

Bryant lake is immaculately groomed with more landscaping than just about any course I've seen, the shots themselves aren't quite as interesting or challenging as some of the other area courses though.

Nothin special, just 25 feet up. Terribly skyed my GL Flow. Never had one get stuck that high. It was ok though. I still finished with a 52 (1 off my best at this course) and deuced the last hole from about 160 out. So all in all it was a great day!
