Who's gonna win it this year? Lets hear your predictions for the top 5. We'll determine who is the best prognosticator here by adding up the places of your five picks. If two or more players are tied for a place, an average of their positions will be used (i.e. one player in 3rd place, score = 3, two players tied for 3rd place, score = 3.5, three players, score = 4)

Here's the entire list (from Open pool):
List of Pro World's Players

List of Am Worlds players

Winner gets to bask in the glow and admiration of the DGCR community and lots of PM's asking for next week's lottery numbers. Enjoy.
:D

I am going to go with

1. Feldberg - 1st or 2nd could be either
2. Doss - 1st or 2nd could be either
3. McCabe - dark horse pick
4. Jenkins - always about here
5. Lacostra - has been killin it

And my home boy Dalton Seabolt will be under 19 World Champ. We like to call him Landnut.

I'll take the smart odds and go with Climo. Liz Carr for women's, and Scott Papa for masters. I can't wait to follow them like every other major DG tourney. too bad it's over the internet.

Well if I want my signature edition disc, I guess it's gotta be me....do I need to actually join the PDGA to play in this (or any other) tourney or can I just show up the day of, with my bag of discs and just huck away?

how old is Dalton? this kid kicks a$$ and i wouldnt be suprised to see him win

David Wiggins Jr. said that if he wins am world's then he's gonna turn pro. I sure hope he does. We'd be the only sport to have a 15 year old that's a pro.

1. Feldberg
2. Doss
3. Climo
4. Jenkins
5. Locastro

Tiebreakers

Womens = Jenkins
Masters = Roadhouse
AM = Kinkel

does he always drive with the 360 drive? if so, i would think that would kill his game when it comes to accuracy

If you've talking about Wiggins, then no, not at all. he only does that for max D in a field, and that's all people have seen of him. He's nasty when it comes to accuracy. There are 2 holes on his home course that require incredible accuracy from the Blue and Gold tees. In other words, he has accuracy. And he can also drive without doing the spin thing. I'd say he can hit 400' easily with no 360 spin.

Don't really keep up with the pro world too much, but I always root for my friend Steve Rico. Don't really care how anyone else does.

Although, I have seen Paul McBeth play a few rounds... and I definitely think that kid will get a world title one year.

1. Avery Jenkins wins his first Worlds.
2. Dave Feldberg
3. Nate Doss
4. Ken Climo
5. Greg Barsby, my sleeper pick.

Womens C Champ: Des Reading
Masters Champ: Scott Papa because he is a great player and even better person, I love Dalaiwood.
Amateur Champ: I don't know any amateur's sorry.

Sorry, but football/soccer has that honor as far as I know, Freddy Adu became a pro when he was 14.

I hope Wiggins goes pro though, he needs some competition plus I want Doss to bully him around or something, "Give me your lunch money you wimp."

ricky rubio signed a pro contract at 14 as well.

pretty sure there have been some hella' young tennis pros as well.... Jennifer Capriati comes to mind. I think she was 13 when she went pro.
