Reasons to make calls after finding a disc?

If I throw one into an alligator infested mud hole, and don't risk death, or worse, getting dirty going in after it, but you got the balls to go in after it, or find it looking for yours....Keep it. You earned it!

Not me! I only said what to do with my disc in this situation. If you want your disc returned thats fine, but it won't be me finding it as I wont be going into said muck hole!

It's not always possible to "go get it" if a disc goes in the water and not every disc can be found by the person that threw it. Bottom line: circumstances notwithstanding, if the disc is lost, whether in dangerous water or unseen in a tree above, the disc still belongs to the person that threw it. Failure to make a reasonable effort to return a lost (inked) disc to the owner is theft:
