Reverse Stride Form Check

You are still stuck in too wide stance and not really shifting/striding back(or forward) enough(foot to foot), and then you tip over going forward(Power of Posture timestamped to head over foot). You are going upward coming out of backswing transition while I'm dropping down(door frame drills).

Note how much longer linearly my right shoulder swings relative to my feet and left shoulder. Your right shoulder barely moves any distance. Do not swing both arms together. You want your left shoulder to be more the center while the right side orbits around it. Whip Step Drill where I talk about the left shoulder should help.

Is my right shoulder fine now?
This drill is really hard to pull off, to bad im european or i would come visit you for a few weeks.
