I've watched the MrBeato Right Pec drill more times than I care to mention. I feel like I'm not getting any power doing the right pec drill. What is an ideal distance I should be throwing these discs before I start adding steps, and a reachback? I'm throwing all midrange discs.
Another question with the pec drill. When I start to throw, what is the order of rotation? Does my elbow start then shoulders then hips? Or hips, elbow shoulders?
